  • Issue escalation and mediation as needed
  • Compulsory for all international ACE Match Standard clients
  • Optional for Nigeria-based ACE Match clients

A 35-minute structured call with our founder. We get into the detail of how you work, your communication style, and what a successful placement looks like.

We search our curated database and shortlist three candidates matched on skills, personality, work style, and capacity — not just availability.

You choose your VSP. We brief them, confirm expectations on both sides, and either hand off cleanly or stay in as your ACE Manage layer.

About the Founder Discovery Call

This call is the core of what makes ACE-VSS different. We assess your needs in detail — how you work, how you communicate under pressure, and what hasn't worked in past working relationships. Not every inquiry leads to a placement, and that's by design.

Our High-Touch tier within ACE Manage was built for exactly this. High-Touch suitability is identified through our intake process, not self-declared.

High-Touch includes everything Standard does, plus:

  • Async-first communication structures — no forced real-time contact
  • Weekly check-ins rather than bi-weekly
  • Extended response windows built into the working agreement
  • Active buffer management between client and VSP
  • All escalation handled entirely by ACE-VSS
