Marketing & Social Media Assistant
On hybrid: Primarily remote. Occasional in-person presence in Abuja may be required — this is not a regular fixture, but plan for it. You will be informed in advance.
A fashion brand needs an extra pair of hands for their marketing team. You will be supporting an existing marketing manager with day-to-day execution — client engagement across channels, social media support, and general marketing assistance. This is a support role. You are not running strategy — you are making sure execution is tight and consistent.
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of real, demonstrable social media or marketing experience — not internships you forgot about, actual work
- Experience managing social media for a brand or business — personal pages do not count
- Familiarity with fashion or lifestyle brands — it shows in the work if you genuinely care about the industry
- Strong written communication — captions, responses, and copy all need to land correctly
- Proactive communicator: "heads up, I need clarity on this" — not silence until deadline day
- A laptop, reliable WiFi, and the self-discipline that remote work demands

Business Support Assistant
On the hours: This is a 5–8 hour per month engagement built around monthly deliverables. The scope changes from month to month but never exceeds what can reasonably be done in that window. This is supplementary work — not a path to full-time employment, and not structured as one.
An architect building a business needs organised, reliable support. Deliverables are agreed at the start of each month and may include lead generation, research, content calendar creation, file organisation, social media posting, or documentation. You manage your own time — you just hit the deadlines. All communication is async. You will be supervised and managed entirely through ACE Virtual Support Services, not directly by the client.
What we're looking for
- 0–1 year of experience — this is an entry-level role, scoped and compensated accordingly
- Comfortable in Google Sheets — formulas, sorting, basic formatting (not "I can figure it out")
- Strong research instincts — knowing what to search for is most of the job
- Interest in or familiarity with architecture, design, or the built environment
- Communicates like a human: "I'm stuck on this, can we sort it?" — not radio silence for five days
- A laptop and reliable WiFi — phone-only will not work for this role
- Willing to commit to a minimum of 3 months — with potential to continue depending on client needs
